Bail Bond premiums are regulated by the Dept. of
Insurance and are normally 10% of the total bail bond
amount plus any additional fees that may be incurred.

On cases with existing arrest warrants, bail can be
posted where you don't have to be incarcerated at all.  
For those not having the 10% premium, we can offer you
a lower rate and set you up on affordable monthly
payments.

1.  Call Joe at  -- 661-809-9342
2.  Meet Joe at THE BAIL GUY office or...
  if out of Kern County, Joe will meet you at
  your residence or designated location.
3.  Provide a valid California ID & Social            
     Security number.
4.  If you're unemployed, we'll need a working
   co-signer with valid CA ID & Social Security.
5.  If Collateral is being used, we'll notarized      
     your signature as required by law.
6.  Provide the 10% premium of the bond, or
   we'll negotiate the premium & set you up on
   a payment plan.
7.  Complete paperwork & bond.
8.  The bond will be posted at the jail and your
  spouse, family member, friend, or loved one
  will be released within 2 - 4 hours.

IF....you hired an attorney and he referred you   
to us you will get a 20% discount and only be
required to pay 8% of the bond instead of          
10%.
